This question is actually based mythology as well as on science.
According to me in terms of science,
Entropy would continue to increase as well: Star formation itself will end in 100 trillion years as all the matter to fuel them is exhausted. Black holes will evaporate, matter itself will eventually decay into radiation and the universe will be a cold, lightless, lifeless place for the rest of eternity.
And in terms of mythology,
Lord Vishnu in his kalki avatar will destroy the whole universe/ lord shiva will open his third eye to destroy the universe and that'll be the end of kalyug as well as the end of the universe.
