The water coolers are not effective on a rainy day because the is the cooling effect in the water coolers, which causes by the help of water particle evaporation. It scattered into it in any rainy day because the humidity was high at that time. So due to high humidity, the water vapors are present in the atmosphere.

a) Particles of matter are continuously moving. Rate of movement of particles increases with temperature; therefore the smell of lighted incense stick reaches us several metres away due to diffusion.
