Conductivity decreases with decrease in concentrationas the number of ions per unit volume that carry the current in a solution decrease on dilution.

Molar conductivity increases with decrease in concentrationas the total volume , of solution containing one mole of electrolyte also increases.

The number of ions per unit volume carrying the current decreases on dilution, so conductivity always decreases with decrease in concentration.

However, molar conductivity increases with dilution.
