accounting deals only with quantifiable information i.e. the information that can be measured in terms of money .. accounting doesn't record qualitative information

For eg; if a manager leaves his job then this will not be recorded in the books of accounts while at the same time the salary given to him for rs.2000 will be recorded in the books of accounts.
