For Simple Harmonic Motion, 

a(t)=−ω2x(t)

Differentiate with respect to x.

dxda=−ω2dxdx=−ω2

From graph given the slope is −αβ

Therefore, dxda=−αβ

ω=αβ

Finally, frequency of oscillation, f=2πω=2π1αβ
