Acetic acid is highly soluble in water but still is a weak acid. Why?​

Although acetic acid is highly soluble in water it is still a weak acid because it has less number of hydrogen ions H+. so acetic acid is weak acid. It is Ph i.e. Positive exponent of hydrogen ion concentration, is such that it determines the strength of an acid.
