Hi there,

Your answer is Benzyl Methyl Ketone.

Acetyl Chloride reacts with Dibenzyl Cadmium which gives Benzyl methyl Ketone (Major product) and Cadmium Chloride as a resulting Compound. Acetyl Chloride is a weak acid derivative of acetic acid whereas Dibenzyl Cadmium acts as Lewis acid in this reaction. Bis-phenylmethyl is an alternative to Dibenzyl Cadmium.

Hope it helped.
