Balanced chemical equation for this is

2H2 + O2 = 2H2O

Moles of H2 present = 6/2 = 3 moles

Moles of O2 present = 48/32 = 1.5 moles

Now from equation ,we know that...

2 moles of O2 reacts with 1 mole of O2 to produce 2 moles of H2O

Therefore 3 moles of H2 completely reacts with 1.5 moles of O2 to produce 3 moles of H2O..

Hence mass of H20 produced = 3 x 18 = 54 g.
