THE ADDED WATER WILL DILUTE THE CONCENTRATION OF ACID AS A RESULT THE ACID BECOME DILUTE

no, we should not mix water with acid because since mixing of water to acid is highly exothermic it produces a lot of gas .. a lot of gas is evolved during the mixing up of water to an acid. it may cause burn or an acid may splash on you. we can mix only acid to a water not water to acid since it is highly exothermic.
