Explanation:First dip the blue litmus paper in all the three test tubes one of the test tube ie which contain acid will change the blue litmus red now dip the same litmus paper in the other two test tubes which test tube changes the red colour of litmus back to blue is a base and the other is distilled water this is because acids have a pH less than 7 and base have pH more then 7 but distilled water has a pH ie neutral nor acidic nor basic
