We will dip the red litmus paper in all the three test tubes one by one, and stop when it turns blue. The test tube turning it blue will be marked as a base. Thereafter , we will take our litmus paper(which is blue now ) and dip it in the rest of the tubes. The tube which turns it red contains an acid while the other contains a neutral solution.

Answer:
First dip the blue litmus paper in all the three test tubes one of the test tube ie which contain acid will change the blue litmus red now dip the same litmus paper in the other two test tubes which test tube changes the red colour of litmus back to blue is a base and the other is distilled water this is because acids have a pH less than 7 and base have pH more then 7 but distilled water has a pH ie neutral nor acidic nor basic
