Acetylene has two acidic hydrogens this is because in acetylene two carbons bonded by a triple bond which makes -C-H bond highly acidic in nature. Being more electronegative Carbon try to gain electron pair which shared between Hydrogen and Carbon by the dissociation of bond which results the elimination of proton.
