Acids are found in pickles,due to which copper and aluminum are processed with metal utensils therefore pickles are not kept in copper and aluminium utensils

As we all know , that sour substance have acids . So pickels & curds contains acids . Now acid reacts with metals to produce harmful & toxic salts . So it may react with copper & brass utensils and produce toxic salts which will make food unedible .
