Acids contain hydrogen. water too contain hydrogen but it is not an acid. give reasons?

Acid contain. Water too contain hydrogen but is not acid because it also contain nitrogen and oxygen and the reaction between Hydrogen and Oxygen make (H2O) Hydroxide which is not able to formation of acid .
