Acids are A. sour in taste.

This is because of hydrogen ion concentration. Acids increase the hydrogen ion concentration, which provides more ions for the tongue. As the tongue gains ions, it registers the flavor as sour.

Here we can take daily life example of acetic acid and citric acid present in common foods.
