(1). Right to safety: The consumers have every right to keep an eye on their safety without any interruption.

(2). Right to be informed: The consumers have every right to be informed how the product is made and what are contents it includes.

(3). Right to be heard: The consumers have every right to be heard of whatever the complaints he has.
