Acknowledgement on Harappan Civilisation​:

The first city to be evacuated in Harappan civilization is named as Harappa.

Later Archaeologist evacuated many other regions one by one and named as Kalibangan, Chanhu-daro, Kot Diji, Dholavira, Sutkagendor, Banwali, etc.

The Centre of Harappan civilization is Kalibangan -Mohenjo-Daro.  The carbon- 14 dating indicates the well-developed period of Harappan civilization may be around 2800/2900 – 1800 BC.

The archaeological studies on Harappa culture indicated the Matured Harappan culture is characterized by baked bricks, seals, beads, stone blades and weights.

The Harappa civilization was supposed to be spread over the regions of present Afghanistan, Sind, Baluchistan, Jammu, Punjab, northern Rajasthan, Kathiawar and Gujarat.
