Correct Question:

Write an acknowledgement/short note on the Delhi Sultanate.

Answer:

The required short note on Delhi Sultanate is found as follows:

The establishment of the Delhi Sultanate marks the time when various Islamic dynasties ruled  India (1210-1526). It all started with the 1175-1206 Muhammed Bin Sams and his lieutenant Qutb uddin Aibak campaign. It was the victory over King Rajput that marked the establishment of the Delhi Sultanate.

It was Prithviraj III who ruled the country of Delhi until the 12th century. During his reign, he fought in many important battles, including two battles in Talain. In these two  battles, he fought against Mohammed Gauri, the goal of  the Ghurid dynasty in Afghanistan. In the first battle of Taline between Mohammed Gauri and Rajchauhan in 1191 AD against other Indian rulers, the former suffered a severe defeat and was forced to withdraw. But in 1192 C.E., he came with more reinforcements and  stronger troops, ultimately bringing him success. The defeat of Rajput ended their hegemony in northern India, gave way to Turkish rulers and established themselves under the Delhi Sultanate.
