Acrosome is a cap-like structure obtained from the $Golgi apparatus.$ It is a  specialized structure that develops over the front part of the head in the sperm cells of humans.

The human sperm contains a head, mid-piece, and tail. The head part has the nucleus, which is covered by the acrosome. Mitochondria, is located in the mid-piece of the sperm, it provides the energy for movement of the tail part of sperm/$flagellum$.

Actually acrosome of human sperm is modified $Golgi complex$, not a part of  mitochondria.
