Answer:

On heating with dilute sulfuric acid under pressure, ethers are hydrolysed to alcohols. Mixed ethers under similar conditions give a mixture of alcohols. But if concentrated sulfuric acid is used, then the products are alcohol and alkyl hydrogen sulphate.
