↪ According to Newton's third law, there is an action and reaction forces which are opposite and equal in magnitude.

↪ Example : A box on a floor. Here, Weight is the action force and the normal reaction force is the reaction force. Weight of the box and normal reaction force are equal and cancel out each other due to which the box stands on the floor. If the weight is not equal to normal reaction force, the box goes inside the earth.
