In active voice the sentence is copied same as the speaker have said.
For example.. We are going to watch a movie tonight.
In passive voice the sentence is not copied in the same way as said by speaker. It's subject moves to last and there is use of by in the sentence.
For example.. A movie is going to be watched by us tonight.
