Given sentence :-
I shall have planted a tree.
Given sentence is in future perfect tense active voice. Rule for active voice of future perfect tense is :-
Sub + will/shall + have + verb 3rd + obj
Its passive form becomes
Obj + will/shall + have + been + verb 3rd + by + sub
Here, sub = I
Object = a tree
Verb 3rd = Planted.
While converting to passive,
=> Subject of active voice becomes the object of passive voice and vice versa.
=> By is used before the obj of passive voice.
=> Verb is always in 3rd form.
Hence, your answer is :-
A tree shall have been planted by me.
