Contrary to the other answer, here, “known” is an adjective. “You are known to all” is not in the passive voice. If I replace the word “known”, with any adjective, it would still be the same active-voiced sentence.
For example, You are dear/familiar/close/kind to all”. All the four substitutes of “known” are adjectives just like “known”.
There are several passive-voiced versions of the above given sentence. Some of those are :
1.You are known by all.
2.You are recognised by all.
3.All have been subjected to having known you.
4.All have been made acquainted with you.
5.All have been led to know you.
