Activists engaged in clean Ganga campaign are swami Pragyanand and Rajendra Singh are some of the activists involved in clean Ganga campaign. Another important activist is Mallika Bhanot who is a conservationist, a Ganga-conservationist, working to preserve the river and nurture the environment. She serves to preserve the social and physical movement of the river that is being claimed due to various anthropogenic actions in the area.
