Ans 2. The advantages of grouping the objects include that it becomes quicker and easier than moving the objects individually.

Any object when aligned makes to retain when you move the objects.  It needs to spend time reselecting all the objects that you need to move.

Grouping in a presentation will allow moving objects together in the presentation slides. It is more advantageous when a grouping of the objects is done. Grouping will make a faster and easier way of moving objects than moving one by one. Then the alignment of the object will not change when you move the objects.
