Procedure: a) Take the gram seeds. Divide the seeds into three sets A, B and C. b) Put

the seeds of set A on the moist cotton. c) Soak the seeds of Set B in the water overnightand then put on the moist cotton for seed germination. d) Put the seeds of Set C in the

boiling water for some time then allow it to germinate on the moist cotton. e) Note the observation.​

After the experiment you will observe that the seeds in set A has white radicle    which is the sign of germination.

Explanation

The seed in set A has got air and moisture which is required by a seed to germinate

The seed in set B and C has got water but it has not got air. So they have not germinated.
