There are different cultures and people and sometimes they have common needs and interests, while in some cases, their interests and cultures might be  entirely different from one another.

In cases where cultures of two different societies or group are different from one another, we term them as "exclusive".

Again when one culture seems to resemble with some other culture and its interests, the resultant is "overlapping". In this case, there are aspects of commonality.

There are a number of examples of exclusive culture and overlapping culture.

The European union has many cases of culture overlapping in terms of slogans, terminology and other factors.

The dressing pattern, and other aspects of culture on the other hand, differs for people living in different counties and it is exclusive hence.
