The rights violated in these situations are:

  • Jaber's right to basic needs is violated. Even though smoking is bad for health and isn't allowed in public places but no one can be barred from education. It is a basic human need. Right to basic needs includes the basic necessities needed to live a decent life such as education, food , clothing , healthcare, cleanliness and shelter.
  • In this case Kuddu's right to safety is violated. Consuming expired food items can lead to a lot of health problems. All the consumers have the right to good quality of food as it is a basic necessity of life.
  • In the third case, Mrs Abuhon's right to consumer education is being violated by Nur-Ana. To sell her product she is giving negative comments about other insurances which might be untrue. She is as well defaming others. A consumer should be provided with the correct information about the product without the product being compared to other product.
