When I opened the box at home, I was really shocked as I was expecting a rubber ball but there was something else and after that my experience / action was –

I saw a set of pens was there in the box and that too were broken.

I went to the shopkeeper and asked him about this wrong supply of item.

Then I requested him to change the item with my ordered/purchase one.

He refused to do so and did not given me the ordered product by saying that he had supplied the right item but I have changed it somewhere else

Then came back from shop and suddenly a neighbor came to me and said that perhaps his packet has got exchanged with mine and when I saw, it was the same packet which I had purchased from the shop. And I realized that shopkeeper was true to his words

i was very shocked to see that my ball was missing.I told my mom about this ,and we went back to the shopkeeper. Then ,the shopkeeper was worried too and said he was completely sorry. My mom apologized me and then took the rubber ball from the shop .I was still shocked ,but I went happily playing with my ball .
