• As a profession, Human Resources (HR) has consistently ranked high on the lists of best career options.
• Human resources are defined as the people employed by a company or the department in a company in charge of hiring, training, benefits, and records.
• An example of human resources is the department you would speak with to get more information about employee benefits.
• Job role means the key responsibility of a job profile or job position.
• A job role is a part played by an employee as per his/her KRA (Key responsibility Areas). For example, a person's job position is a sales manager and his job role will be bringing new business to the company with the support of the sales team.
