AD is the median of BC

thus, BD=DC or d the mid point of BC

DF is parallel to BE so

DF is half and parallel to BE (mid point theorem)

Hence, EF=FC or FC=1/2 EC

Now,

BE is the median of CA

thus, AE=EC

CF=1/2 of EC and EC is 1/2 of AC

CF=1/2 EC

= CF=1/2 (1/2 AC) (EC=1/2 AC)

= CF=1/4 AC
