AD=34cm
AB=30cm


AD=AO+DO
And AO and DO are the radius of the circle.
So,
AO=DO
Therefore,
AD=AO+AO
AD=2AO
So,
AO=AD/2
AO=34/2
AO=17.


Now, in triangle ABO by pythogorus theory,
$(ab) {}^{2} = (ao) {}^{2} + (bo) {}^{2}$
$(bo) {}^{2} = (ab) {}^{2} - (ao) {}^{2}$
$bo {}^{2} = 30 {}^{2} - 17 {}^{2}$
$bo = \sqrt{611}$
