Adam’s Apple refers to a protrusion which is evident mostly in male humans beings is a resultant of the cartilage of thyroid that engulfs the larynx.

Due to this outer cartilage covering there is a very visible protrusion on the neck.

But whet must be remembered is that Adam’s apple does not refer to the larynx but just the consequent protrusion caused by the thyroid cartilage covering the larynx.

Thus all above options are incorrect.
