1, Food - they mainly prefer hot foods like khajur, and all that food that are useful for survival in cold

2, clothing - they mainly wear fat clothings to be away from cold and to be always warm

3, shelter - their shelter are mainly of grass and all but because of development their buildings are there nowadays

4, Agriculture - In Kashmir areas mainly apples are grown cause it produces more heat to body

5, Festival - mostly here festivals like eid is celebrated cause more Muslim peoples are there

1. Food: Kashmiri cuisine is the cuisine of the Kashmir Valley on the Indian Subcontinent. Rice is the staple food of Kashmiris and has been so since ancient times. 3. Shelter: The shelters of the people living on the mountains of Jammu and Kashmir are basically in the form of a tent called Rebo. These can be packed up and carried easily and quickly. These are made up of yak hair that are very strong and warm and protect them from icy cold winds within a short period of time.
