Many tropical evergreen rainforest leaves have a drip tip which enables no to retain the rain water but to let it go easily.Plants can easily shed water to avoid growth of fungus and bacteria in the warm, wet tropical rainforest.
Most animals in tropical evergreen forests are used to live in the tree canopy, because very little sunlight reaches the forest because of heavy rainfall and densiy.Chimpanzees, Golden Lion Tamarin, Slender Loris, find their way through the treetops, while snakes hide behind leaves.
