 \frac{ - 2}{5}  \times  \frac{15}{4} =  \frac{ - 3}{2}

 \frac{4}{13}  \times  -  \frac{39}{5}  =  -  \frac{12}{5}

Reciprocal of -12/5 is. -5/12

According to the question

 \frac{ - 3}{2}   -  \frac{5}{12}

 \frac{ - 18 - 5}{12}  =  \frac{ - 23}{12}
