 Add \: \frac{23}{7} \:to \:the \: difference \:of

 4 \:and \: \frac{7}{3}

 = \frac{23}{7} + \Big( 4 - \frac{7}{3}\Big)

 = \frac{23}{7} + \Big(  \frac{12-7}{3}\Big)

 = \frac{23}{7} +  \frac{5}{3}

 = \frac{69+35}{21}

 = \frac{410}{21}

Therefore.,

 \red{Add \: \frac{23}{7} \:to \:the \: difference \:of}

 \red{4 \:and \: \frac{7}{3} }

\green { = \frac{410}{21}}

Answer:

A.T. Q ( according to question )

 \\  \frac{23}{7} + (4 -  \frac{7}{3} ) \\  \frac{23}{7}  + ( \frac{4 \times 3}{1 \times 3} -  \frac{7}{3} ) \\  \frac{23}{7}  + ( \frac{12 - 7}{3}) \\  \frac{23}{7}  +  \frac{5}{3}  \\  \frac{23 \times 3}{7 \times 3} +  \frac{5 \times 7}{3 \times 7} \\  \frac{69 + 35}{21}   \\  =  \frac{104}{21}  \: ans
