3 \sqrt{2}  + 2 \sqrt{5}  + (2 \sqrt{2}  -  \sqrt{5} ) \\

 = 3 \sqrt{2}  + 2 \sqrt{5}  + 2 \sqrt{2}  -  \sqrt{5}  \\  = 3 \sqrt{2}  + 2 \sqrt{2} +  2 \sqrt{5}  -  \sqrt{5}  \\  = (3 + 2) \sqrt{2}  + (2 - 1) \sqrt{5}  \\  = 5 \sqrt{2}  + 1 \sqrt{5}  \\  = 5 \sqrt{2}  +  \sqrt{5}
