(3ab+2ac-3a) + (-6ac+2b+3ab)
= 3ab + 2ac - 3a - 6ac + 2b + 3ab
= 3ab + 3ab + 2ac - 6ac - 3a + 2b
= 6ab - 4ac - 3a + 2b.
