Solution :-

(3x - 4y + z) + (2x - z + 3y)

opening the brackets of both first,

→ 3x - 4y + z + 2x - z + 3y

now, taking like terms together,

→ 3x + 2x - 4y + 3y + z - z

taking variables common,

→ x(3 + 2) - y(4 - 3) + z(1 - 1)

→ x * 5 - y * 1 + z * 0

{ Any number multiplied by zero always equals to zero. }

(5x - y) (Ans.)
