Add 3x + y , -y+x , -4x +2. PLEASE HELP ​

3x + y, -y + x, -4x + 2

= 3x + y + ( -y + x) + ( -4x + 2)

= 3x + y - y + x - 4x + 2

= 3x + x - 4x + y - y + 2

= 4x - 4x + 0 + 2

= 0 + 0 + 2

= 2
