 =  > (5 +  \sqrt{7} )(3 + 2 \sqrt{7} ) \\  =  > 5(3 + 2 \sqrt{7} ) +  \sqrt{7} (3 + 2 \sqrt{7} )  \\  =  > 15 + 10 \sqrt{7}  + 3 \sqrt{7}  + 14 \\  =  > 29 + 13 \sqrt{7}
