It means 5% will not get when they add 2 or more wallet for prepaid as they will get the new offer

And when the users adds 3 number of wallet then it will be just 1 wallet (which is the least expensive) will get the 50% discount. If they add 5 wallets then 2 wallets (which is least expensive out of all 5) will get the discount

If it is 4 wallets or even number then the 2 wallet (which has the least price) will get the discount and so on.
