Add the sum of 17 and -19 to the sum of (-5) and (-15)​

Sum of 17 and -19 is 17+(-19)=-2

Sum of -5 and (-15) us -5+(-15)=-20

Now according to Question the sum of -2 and -20 is

-2+(-20)=-22
