adding a little curd to warm milk to set the curdfor the next day?why?

we do that so that we can get more curt as microbes of curd multiplies and convert the milk into curd...

because of lactobacillus bacteria multiply to set curd for next day and we use warm milk here because bacterium needed specific temprature to produce curd .
