Taal volcano is a part of the geosphere. When it erupts, it emits gases into the atmosphere, including carbon dioxide. It also emits ashes, which disperse across the surrounding environment. Acid rain would arise from the interaction of those elements discharged into the atmosphere ( hydrosphere ). Volcanoes (geosphere events) emit a substantial amount of carbon dioxide (atmosphere), the basic ingredient for plant sugar synthesis (biosphere). This may enhance photosynthetic output and, eventually, the amount of biomass, which becomes coal and oil reserves after a very long period (geosphere).
