• The adernal gland are triangular in shape and situated on top of the two kidneys.
• They secrete a hormone called Adrnaline ,which prepares the body gor action during times if stress.
• Hence,it is alsocalled the fright ,flight and Fight hormone.
• This hormone is secreted when the body faces situations of excitment,fear or stress.
• it regulates the heartbeat, breathing rate and blood pressure.
• The effect of this hormone is temporary and lasts only for a few minutes.
