adils distance travelled from 8am to 11am independently=60*(11-8)m=180m
now babar started from that initial point where adil had once.
given :babar reached adil in 4hours by any velocity say v
total diatance travelled by babar=4v
total distance travelled by adil=180m+(4*60)=420 as he was in motion
we know that 420=4v bcz he reaches him
