Answer:

Ratio of Speed = 9 : 11

Step-by-step explanation:

Distance Walked by Aditya is 18 KM in 4 hours

Therefore speedof Aditya= 18KM/4 Hours = 9/2 KM/Hour

Distance Walked by Diya is 11 KM in 2 hours

Therefore Speed of Diya = 11/2 KM/Hour

Ratio of the speed = 9/2 : 11/2

As the denominator is same we can write the ratio of the speed as

9 : 11

ADITYA

Distance = 18 km

Time = 4 hr

As we know,

Speed = \dfrac{Distance}{Time}

Solution:-

Speed= \dfrac{18}{4}

Both are divisible by 2.

(9×2=18)

(2×2=4)

Speed= \dfrac{9}{2}

Speed= 4.5km/hr

Divya

Distance = 11 km

Time = 2 hr

As we know,

Speed = \dfrac{Distance}{Time}

Solution:-

Speed= \dfrac{11}{2}

Speed= 5.5km/hr

To Find:-

Ratio of the speeds.

Aditya's speed : Divya's speed

\dfrac{9}{2}: \dfrac{11}{2}

Cancel the denominators as they are common.

Ratio of their speeds =} 9:11
